If you adopt a "victim" mentality, then you will always be (real or perceived) victim. It's of no use whatsoever to lay the blame anywhere else but on yourself for your failures. The decisions YOU make will determine the outcome of your life. But I get it, society today seems hell bent on making you a martyr for your cause if you can find excuses for your failure. But make no mistake: those who SAY the sympathise with you, do not. Your "allies" are your actual oppressors, as they want to keep you in the "victim" bracket. Don't believe me? Ask them about successful minorities. Their response will tell you ALL you need to know about them.

I can answer her question in just a few short words…..she made the comment about blacks, saying "that the reason there aren't as many blacks in universities is because ' they aren't applying'. " Well I can answer the reason that they are not applying….it's because of their value systems. Blacks born in the US just simply don't put education very high on their life goals priorities list. It really is as simple as that. As for not having the resources……!?!?!? Are you kidding me? Blacks have tons of resources that others simply do not; starting from kindergarten all the way to university. Choosing to not use those resources is a different story.
It's because the left has taught them that they are all victims. Take for example nearly every story you read online about the disadvantages blacks have in America. Know whats hilarious about that? nearly EVERY ONE OF THOSE STORIES are written by college educated blacks who work for some sort of media outlet. Think about that one for a minute. Every time I read one of those stories I look up the writer on Muckrack and Lo & Behold I find that they were written by well educated, employed blacks.

There is systemic racism Kirk. When I can’t raise my biracial girls as white cause then they’re oppressors and I can’t raise them latinas cause then they’re oppressed that shows racism from the left. Parents can’t speak up when they and their children are attacked for being white, and CRT demonizes whites. That’s racism. CRT that’s endorsed by the National Association of Educators. I don’t know, but I’m starting to see plenty of racism against my husband and my family.

As usual, Kirk is talking BS. The odds are stacked against people of color. They did an experiment in which they constructed a resume and sent it to companies under two different names. One was the typical name of a white person the other name was an unmistakably black name. The resumes sent under the white name got many more responses from the companies they were sent to.
