What do you do when you show a non-believer that Christianity is true but in the end, he will reject it anyway?

I don’t want it to be true. Luckily, my position IMO is supported by evidence and logic, and I don’t think the religious one is. So if it were true, like clearly demonstrated, yes I hope would cus I don’t wanna go to hell. But luckily I don’t need to deliberate on that becus it’s unrelated to the question. The relentless pursuit of truth ends until more evidence comes in. I feel like all this video and videos like it is trying to manipulate atheists and get them to think they aren’t rly disbelieving and that they should keep trying, keep searching for” truth” and no answer of no will ever be good enough. Literally, his last point too. I would call my atheists friends

It's really sad and surprising in a bad way to see how strong some people try to refuse God.

Hello. I am an atheist. I define atheism as suspending any acknowledgement as to the existence of gods until sufficient credible evidence can be presented. My position is that I have no good reason to acknowledge the existence of gods.

And here is the evidence I must consider when evaluating the claim by theists and as to why I currently hold to such a position.

    1. I personally have never observed a god.
    2. I have never encountered a person whom has claimed to have observed a god.
    3. I know of no accounts of persons claiming to have observed a god that were willing or able to demonstrate or verify their observation for authenticity, accuracy, or validity.
    4. I have never been presented a valid logical argument which also employed sound premises that lead deductively to a conclusion that a god(s) exists.
    5. Of the 46 logical syllogisms I have encountered arguing for the existence of a god(s), I have found all to contain multiple fallacious or unsubstantiated premises.
    6. I have never observed a phenomenon in which the existence of a god was a necessary antecedent for the known or probable explanation for the causation of that phenomenon.
    7. Several proposed (and generally accepted) explanations for observable phenomena that were previously based on the agency of a god(s), have subsequently been replaced with rational, natural explanations, each substantiated with evidence that excluded the agency of a god(s). I have never encountered vice versa.
    8. I have never experienced the presence of a god through intercession of angels, divine revelation, the miraculous act of divinity, or any occurrence of a supernatural event.
    9. Every phenomenon that I have ever observed has emerged from necessary and sufficient antecedents over time without exception. In other words, I have never observed a phenomenon (entity, process, object, event, process, substance, system, or being) that was created ex nihilo – that is instantaneously came into existence by the solitary volition of a deity.
    10. All claims of a supernatural or divine nature that I have encountered have either been refuted to my satisfaction, or do not present as falsifiable.

ALL of these facts lead me to the only rational conclusion that concurs with the realities I have been presented – and that is the fact that there is no good reason for me to acknowledge the existence of a god.

I have heard often that atheism is the denial of the Abrahamic god. But denial is the active rejection of a substantiated fact once credible evidence has been presented. Atheism is simply withholding any acknowledgement until sufficient credible evidence is introduced. It is natural, rational, and prudent to be skeptical of unsubstatiated claims, especially extraordinary ones.

I welcome any cordial response. Peace.

As an atheist, I don't understand someone who believes, but doesn't subscribe. Like, if you actually think it all true, then you're just fighting an uphill battle

Well, even if Christianity is true, I won't be a Christian, because I refuse to worship a narcissistic psychopath of a God.

    This is true.

Before I was saved, I went through a short period where I doubted His existence. It was not because I didn't want Him be true it was because I was considering the worldview of secularism. I wanted God to be real but I was not 100% sure if He was. Then God revealed Himself to me and I got born again.

However, atheists who don't believe in God because they don't want Him to be true, God will not reveal Himself to them because even if He did they wouldn't accept Him.

i have found during my 33 years plus of witnessing on the college campus that at times i have asked atheists if you believed in the bible would their be anything in your life you would have to change and tell them please be honest they have always admitted a sin in their life that they enjoy and dont want to admit is wrong i then say to them it isnt because you cant believe its because you dont want to believe because you dont want to change it hits them in the heart and exposes their reason for not wanting to believe in God

Different types of sins are lying, stealing, coveting, using God’s name in vain, dishonoring your parents, looking at someone with lust, having other idols/god(s) beside God, and more. You can’t be a good person to get into Heaven because you have already sinned at least once and there is no work YOU specifically can do in order to be saved. Sin is so serious in God’s eyes because sin the cause of all pain, suffering, and death. Yet God STILL sent His Son Jesus to willing die on the cross for all OUR sins and rose from the dead three days later because God loves us soooo much. If you repent (to turn away from your sinful life and change your mind and recognize that God exists and that Jesus Christ is the Lord our God and Savior), turn to God, and trust in God that He will save you ONLY because of what JESUS DID for us on the cross and rose 3 days later (“by grace you have been saved through faith, and know that of yourselves; it is a gift of God, not of works, less anyone should boast.” -Ephesians 2:8-9), then God will save you from your just punishment of hell and give you the gift of eternal life with Him! After you have been saved, make sure to turn away from and forsake all your sins (but don’t just say you wanna stop sinning, actually make a change. Otherwise your are playing the hypocrite. And you can only make a change with God’s help and strength, ask Him for it), live for God for your entire life, and always love God more than anyone or anything! God DOES NOT hate you, GOD LOVES YOU and wants to SAVE YOU!!! And don’t wait either because you can die tomorrow, tonight in your sleep, or even in the next hour! And once you have died and you haven’t repented and turned to God, it’ll be too late. God loves you more than you can even understand and He is always waiting for you to come to Him!!!!!!!!!

I don't think truth and happiness have to be mutually exclusive. I believe we can have both if we have faith enough and we stop holding ourselves back from doing things. I'm not talking about debauchery or anything. Fun a lot of the time doesn't have to mean sin. And something making you happy doesn't have to come from a sinful source.

Happiness and Truth can go hand in hand.

The TRUTH would make me happy. I mean the actual truth not the supposition that everything he believes is true because he believes it is true. Belief in a thing does not make it true (how about that Santa Claus still bringing presents almost religiously. I used to believe santa and god were the same guy: always watching, checking your morality level. The only real difference is santa is not predjudice. All children regardless of any possible difference from each other get his attention.

Just as if Christianity were not true I would have to reject it. Jesus cannot be the truth and a lie at the same time. Thank God it's true. However is someone could prove Christianity was false I would want to know.

Geez! If Christianity is true, I would obviously be a Christian, because the Christian god would know what it would take for me to be a Christian.
Unfortunately for Christianity there's 1000's of other religions. If one of those religions is true, I'd be one of theirs. Simple as that, but until then, I'll remain who I am. An atheist.

If Christianity were NOT true, would you denounce it? The problem is you could never disprove Christianity the same way you could never prove it. You can't prove something with no evidence. That's why it's called faith. More accurately blind faith.

Theirs such a major danger especially in the youth because. Everythings clicking positive their young healthy. A lot are. Playing the field jumping in the sack. And they think they are going to live to a very old age not knowing they could die today and then face judgement and its not going to fly with God when they say oh i didnt know i was going to die at 18 and when God starts showing their life to them. And all the sins. Its scary and frightening. The bible says its a fearful thing to fall in to the hands of the living God
