Very few pastors will speak out against politicians and political issues affecting our society for fear of their church losing its tax exempt status.

The truth does nothing to water down the value of the image of God, the family, and life. Avoid churches that obscure the image of God and Christ from humanity and the dull you away from the freewill choices of accountability.

    I ALWAYS TELL MYSELF:
John 5:1 “I do not accept glory from human beings,

    2Tim 4 (NKJV)
    ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯
² Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.
    ³ For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers;
⁴ and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.
⁵ But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry.

I also know a pastor here in Georgia who says he will not preach on the End Times, because a lot of his congregants are baby Christians and he does not want to scare them. 😵‍💫🥶😵‍💫🥶😵‍💫🥶😵‍💫🥶

The gospel will be found offensive to many. It’s supposed to because it shows us just how depraved we and humanity truly is and that our own “good works” will not give us salvation and eternal life. Only grace through faith in the name of Jesus can do that.

Pastors that aren’t willing to preach on such social moral issues are concerned with works rather than trusting in the Holy Spirit to lead those called to salvation.

Yes people always say Jesus came to bring peace. But Jesus said son against fathers daughter against mothers. The only peace Jesus was talking about was he will give you peace in your circumstances if you follow him.

When people respect the speaker. The speak on anything. Being weak or just sugar-coating things don't help matters.

I think that you know the two are apples and oranges I don't believe in abortion but I wouldn't want to hear somebody preach against it I want to hear them preach Christ and how to leave the salvation and let their own moral conscience guide them okay you know there's a big difference between politics and religion and they should be kept separate

I think this is a great question and probably very common. my church is great and my only qualm is I don't know my pastor's stance on major topics like this. I get the feeling he doesn't want to turn anyone away.

The Bible.. hijacked all of its contence from earlier books and manuscripts. Why should we believe it? Why follow its texts? It has nothing but planet worship in it. Yet all who read this wont believe it. Yet its fact. Saturn is your God, Christians.. When the celestial bodies were in your face. Not like how it is now. But you wont believe it. If you believe in Christ you believe in an ancient Pagen Religion. Im all for doin the right thing. But religion has got it wrong!!

Pastors are very possibly still in the midst of their own abortions and guilt they have experienced in the past. As well as not wanting to turn away monies from their offering plates. Those are the two reasons they refuse to speak. Perhaps the third would be a 🐺 wolf in 🐑 sheep’s clothing.

So hard to find pastors who are willing to speak the truth 😥 I listen to Jack Hibbs online to supplement our Sunday services because he is one of the few that are willing to speak the truth, even if it’s uncomfortable. Yesterday, 8,000 watching him on YouTube for first service. Don’t think his teaching is turning anyone away. He’s always saying that teaching Romans would cause negative church growth, but he’s only seen his church grow since then 😌😌😌

I quit church bc a preacher shouldn't own an airplane, a mansion, life like a rich man, break the laws by aiding and abetting illegal aliens, have to go to other countries to help the poor when all they need to do is out their backdoor.

The church has become world-like. Rather than that the world is becoming Christ-like.
It's for good reasons that we entered the end times. Most western countries are going to face their demise in this post-Christian era.
That the termination of western nation states coincides with the erection of the One World Order is no accident. It is preplanned.
    Dark times ahead.

There will be people push away, Mathew 7:22. If you are not saved by receiving Jesus salvation you do not have a relationship with Hod and will not go to heaven. Don’t blame just read the word and believe you are a sinner, believe Jesus died for your sins and repent.

Don't need God to disagree with abortion. Plenty of us out here with a logical conclusion on why it's not ok. Your superstitions alienate yourselves when you use it arrogantly.

Christianity isn't something you do it is someone you are. You don't pick and choose the teachings you like. You either embrace it all and turn your life completely over to God or you don't.

The bible is full of controversal topics and if we avoid speaking about them what right do we have leading a church in the first place? God's word is unchanging and we need to respect that
