Let’s get something clear – Jesus was Middle Eastern. Did he have lighter skin or darker skin for someone in the Middle East? Nobody knows, but we can make a guess that he probably looked, you guessed it, Middle Eastern. The details don’t matter. What matters is what he did and who he was, not what color skin he had. Jon McCray from @Whaddo You Meme?? explains in this video.

It is noteworthy that not a single jot or tittle describes anything about his appearance. Not even tall or short, or muscular. Nothing. Unlike any other holy book.

He came to His own, and they received Him not. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His Name.( John 1:13).

WHEN MY BLACK FRIENDS 3 YEARS AGO ASKED ME WHAT COLOR WAS JESUS. WAS HE BLACK OR WHITE. I THREW THEM ALL FOUR LOOP.. I TURNED AROUND TO TH3M AND SAID HE WILL APPEAR TO YOU THE WAY YOU WANT TO SEE HIM. AND THAT ANSWER BLEW ALL THEIR MINDS. THAT IS THE BEST WAY TO SETTLE THE ARGUMENTS WHAT JESUS WAS. CASE CLOSED.

People born around the Mediterranean were light skinned and tanned. Most definitely not black. Simple fact. The north was dominated by white and light skinned people's tanned or not.

Well, Jesus was Jewish which means he probably looked like a Jew… lol.. One thing about Jews is that they tend to marry within their own group and get very little converts. To complicate things even further Esau is described as being red haired. I have looked at some commentary online from Jews about this and they state he was literally red haired although it could also be figurative language. So who knows… As time goes by these traits can be lost within a group…

Jesus was a white Arab J1 halo group, and another Jesus was Ethiopian, and there’s the American Jesus, a white man. All the same guy, just different times in history.

Revelation 2:9 and 3:9 is in the Bible for a reason. Isaiah 19 also. There is also Isaiah 11:11. He could not have hid amongst people who were people of the same color. 🤔 If Jesus was white, they would not have killed him. America needs to repent for the racism and the lie. Skin color does not matter, it’s about the blood and nationality, of which ALL were created by Him but there is a special people, peculiar and claimed by God as his own, holy and righteous, his family. Period. We do belong to him. 🙏🏾

Billy Graham said Jesus was not a white man. He said he was a man of color. The reason it is important because there is a people who are hated all over the world because of their skin color which is written in the gospel. The Bible does list him as ruddy, which is red and earthy. Please read your bible. It’s important to identify who His people are, the remnant. Isaiah 11:11, Isaiah 19 as well as Revelation 2:9, 3:9

It should go without saying, but it is important to note that Jesus didn't love us based on the color of our skin.
What should be asked is, why would he love a people who place so much emphasis on it that it alters there love for their neighbor?

His skin color was relevant to the issues in his time. Yes, your skin color or how damaged your skin appeared, impacted how you were viewed in most people's eyes.

I imagine if you had a dark complexion, that it spoke to how frequently you were in the sun, (or off topic, how smooth your hands were, or how many scars you physically had) then it conveyed how much you labored physically. If one labored physically a lot, then one can assume you are a common day laborer, poor, or even a slave. In other words if you were that. Even if you werent one, if you were mistaken as a slave, one who is not can attempt dominate you socially, publically, or attempt to purchase you.

If you had the skin color of a Jew from Bethlehem or anywhere for that matter, it spoke to the fact that you weren't non-Jew.
Jews, Greeks, Bedu, etc., your skin color, just like today, could have had a dramatic disparity in life experience.
So yeah, his skin color mattered and it would be good to be as accurate as possible so that we can better understand his life here on earth when we read the scriptures.

Don't really think his skin color is relevant to the salvation he brought. But if you want to be technical, then if its possible to trace back to that time to see what jews looked like back then, you will have your answer. However its not necessary to the gift of salvation like paul said.

Given that Jesus was a descendant of Adam, Noah, etc, he was likely an slightly tan or olive skinned caucasian, aka Aryan. Modern middle easterners are only the way they are because Islam took over the area.

Not saying like any race is better, its just a simple fact that people dont like. Jesus was far closer to European than modern middle easterner or African

I just had this conversation with someone. Even if He was black, white orange or blue- SO WHAT? Does that help with your salvation? If you happen to share the shade He chose to come in does that some how transfer His deity to you? No? Move on then.

I heard one pastor put it this way:
"It is true, that Jesus is the Savior of one race, And that is:

    "The Human Race."

    I love that! 💘

Also it was noted in one o.t. study i did, that the Isrealittes who went out of Egypt were "A mixed multitude." And in the n.t. it says
"For we are "all one in Christ".
Hmmm, I wonder, since Jesus comes from a long line of "repented sinners" (probably to prove God shows no partiality), I wonder if perhaps Jesus also came from mixed bloodlines as well.? I meme, … What if….in his bloodline, he himself is 'a mixed multitude"? 🤔 …😇🥰🤗🥳
