People who worship a book never think they are wrong.

If I said "I love you but your heterosexuality is sinful and you ultimately deserve to suffer for all of eternity because you are attracted to women" would that not make you cranky? Look, I don't hate you; I don't even know you…but some of that stuff you believe in is really making other people's lives far worse than they could be, all for something we can't even know really exists until it's "too late" to do anything. That God of yours, if he exists, is extraordinarily cruel.

I agree. Stand for what you believe regardless if people are offended. As Believers we will ruffle a few feathers.

+Marius Ciobanu you made a comment about moral superiority of religion, then shut off your "reply" button I think that speaks volumes to fact even you know that argument can and has been destroyed many times over

Legally speaking you want to deny a certain group of people the same right as others based a particular thing about them. That's the definition of BIGOTRY now maybe your believe tells you to be a bigot, this is America and that's your right. But it's that doesn't mean people don't have a right to be angry when you express your bigoted beliefs. Throw on top of that most theist denial of the undeniable fact that this believe is the definition of bigorty and ya people are going to get angry.

Lots of angry comments on here. If these people don't believe in God or Heaven or Hell then no one is ultimately responsible for their actions. If everything came into existence by accident and has no ultimate purpose then what you are complaining about is just your opinion because in the end it wouldn't matter how you lived your life.

The problem with people like this commentator is, he want s to put out his propaganda but will noever respond to any critism. If it was the "tuth" it should be easy to defend.

They used the same argument to stop the slaves from being freed and when they were stopping bi-racial marriage.

I discreetly think Christians like you, who think their bigoted views towards other people are nothing more than harmless opinions, are idiots who deserve to be physically harmed for their asinine beliefs… But there's no reason to be offended, that's just my opinion.

Being told to should up and stop being a bigot is not persecution. Grow up.

I thought there was something reasonable here, but found same bigoted hatred as is so often the case with christians. Well, in the words of one mentally handicapped to many in the faith, religion is what religion does.

It has never once occurred to you that it's not the pretty wrapping, but the ugly contents that make people angry. Dressing up "you're a lesser person, and are going to hell because of it" in kind words does not change what you're actually saying. It just makes you dishonest.

Sweet tasting poison is still poison.

This reminds me, The Jews are pissed and they would like their book of ancient blood magic and human sacrifice back.

So in fact you don't want to know why people really get upset at you or your message , you just don't care…

What if your message isn't "the truth" ?

Maybe people get upset because they already heard every thing you said a gazillion times before, and they know you are full of shit…
Have you ever though of that ?
Have you ever though that maybe you are wrong ?

How about this: instead of delivering your BS in a winsome and gracious way why don't you keep it to yourself. I am a proud gay man and your "truth" is still just your opinion. I'm not interested in your fairy tale rules. Thanks and have a science-filled day!
